RETURN POLICY -
30-DAY MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE
We proudly stand behind our programs. All products created by Dorothy The Organizer, LLC. (DTO) are subject to an unconditional 30-day, money-back guarantee.
If for any reason the customer wishes to return a product, please obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org or calling Customer Service at (909) 345-7320. Proof of purchase is required to receive a refund. The RA number must be clearly marked on at least two sides of the outer shipping carton. The RA number is valid for only seven days when requested within the 30 day return period. If customer returns the product after seven days has passed since they last called for the authorization number and the customer is still within the 30-day warranty, we will accept the return.
To ensure that DTO will receive the product back within the guarantee period, we suggest customer send via USPS Priority. Customer is responsible for return postage charges. Returns will not be accepted without an RA number or at any address other than the address given with the RA number, nor will any returns be accepted after expiration of the guarantee period. All refunds will be the amount of the product price only. Shipping and processing charges are non-refundable.
Note: Customers who pay by check will receive a manual check which takes up to 14 business days to process and mail.
IF CUSTOMER NEEDS TO RETURN MERCHANDISE, PLEASE FOLLOW THESE STEPS:
1. Place the product in its original packaging (or).
2. Place the packaged item(s) in a suitable shipping container.
3. Circle the appropriate return code on the packing slip, if applicable.
4. Enclose the packing slip, if applicable.
5. Write the RA number on at least two sides of the outer shipping container.
6. Enclose proof of purchase.
7. Must be postmarked within 7 days from the date the customer calls in for RA number.
If product(s) are returned to our warehouse within the money-back guarantee period, a refund is typically issued as described below. For customer protection we suggest that it is sent back by traceable means. DTO is not responsible for returned articles lost during transit. Should package be returned after the guarantee period, no refund will be issued.

Credit card/debit card: Once shipment is received back and processed in our system, a refund will appear on the next credit card billing cycle.
Depending on the item shipped, customer may or may not keep the free gifts.
